Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@aevia.fi with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
